About ODM

Healthcare big data is too vast and complex to be both available and meaningful by traditional means.

ODM was established due to a critical need for the introduction of powerful, cost-effective, intuitive and user-friendly tools for the compilation and processing of biomedical big data in all its forms and from any source, that will serve both researchers and physicians. This need entails the ability to process DNA/RNA sequencing data, protein data, clinical data, and medical imaging data from multiple sources such as medical and research centers, pharmaceutical companies, private and public health care providers, and national global health initiatives. This is essential for the development of the next generation of therapies, based on precision medicine, and to enable advanced disease prediction, prevention and treatment.

Our Team

ODM’s visionary team is led by graduates of the Hebrew University, the Weizmann Institute and IDF’s elite IT centers, together with renowned experts in medical research. We are an interdisciplinary team comprising of biologists, bioinformaticians, physicians, computer scientists and data scientists with extensive experience in big data, bioinformatics and next generation sequencing analyses.
