Yesterday, December 13, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, The Honorable Azhar Giniyat, held a meeting with representatives of ODM.
The parties discussed the possibilities and details of the implementation by ODM of a project in the National Research Oncology Center together with the Kazakh Research Institute of Oncology and Radiology.
“We attach special importance to Kazakhstan-Israel cooperation in the field of healthcare. As part of my participation in the 72nd session of the WHO European Regional Committee, on September 13 this year, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Health of the State of Israel on cooperation in the field of health and medicine”, said Azhar Giniyat. She noted that the Ministry of Health emphasizes cooperation with Israel in the field of medical education, in particular in the training of in-demand scientific professions, and in the establishment of partnerships among medical universities and international organizations.
At the end of the meeting, the Minister expressed her readiness to strengthen and further develop healthcare partnerships with the State of Israel.
“I believe that the intended cooperation between the Ministry of Health and ODM will increases the ability to improve the medical services in Kazakhstan through the integration of ODM’s artificial intelligence and automated research and implementation platforms”, said Dr. Gil Pogozelich, ODM’s CEO.
